Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after an order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Shipping

Sitello ships internationally.

After your order is dispatched, estimated delivery is generally 7–12 business days. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, since transit times can vary by destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Your total estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping transit: 7–12 business days

  • Estimated total: approximately 8–14 business days

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. Tracking updates can sometimes pause while a parcel is moving between carrier facilities or undergoing customs processing.
